A recent issue with the NCAA that has made the franchise come under scrutiny is the failure of the organization to get with times and allow their players to be paid for their image, name, and other qualities. Because of this failure, certain states have decided to either establish new bills to be enacted in a few years, or spark discussion for bills to be passed. Regardless, the national government has gotten involved, with congress discussing creating a bill that could come into effect.
Since I am a big believer in getting paid for a talent, and not working for free unless it is volunteering, I think it is unjust that the NCAA does not currently allow their players to be paid. If the congressmen and women did not get paid their massive salaries from the government, I think they would do an even worse job than how they already do. Likewise, bringing money into the NCAA would make it more competitive and would bring an incentive for players to work hard and earn what they have worked for. The national government is currently focused on issues that are not relevant to what the people of the United States care about at the moment, and are instead focused on crushing their counter-party affiliates. The impeachment issue going on in the Democratic house is causing issues like NCAA players getting paid to be compromised when it needs to be more in the spotlight.
Since the states are passing bills now about this issue, it is more important than ever for Congress to take a significant stance on this issue as soon as possible. Due to the Supreme Court being able to declare laws unconstitutional, most of these State laws won't go into effect unless Congress makes a bill for all fifty U.S. states. With state legislatures coming up with different rules and regulations on how players should get paid, the NCAA could face a lot of confusion in this realm and frustrate organizations, coaches, and players alike. Overall, it is significant that Congress takes a firm look on this issue, and resolves it in favor of the players. Work has never been free since mankind has existed, leaving it unjust for collegiate athletes to not be rewarded for their efforts.

Blog Stage Four
On October 16th, 2019, RedState posted an article describing a slight altercation between Texas Rep. Dan Crenshaw, and Rep. Sean Casten. Rep. Casten was asked about his opinion on anti-Semitic comments made by fellow Democrat Rep. Ilhan Omar, and to no surprise, Casten shifted the argument to instead the republican: Dan Crenshaw, and went on to attribute him as racist. He labeled Crenshaw a racist because Casten has to live up to what the author believes is the current Democratic agenda: pick a fight with a republican at all costs to sway the people to vote for you instead.
The major problem within the Senate and House of Representatives in the current National Government is that the members of the House and Senate are not able to get much work done due to the unnecessary tensions between the parties. In this particular case, Crenshaw has never even met Casten, yet Casten is foul mouthing him to boost him ahead of a republican, because his democrats will believe calling him racist immediately makes him a racist. The sly remarks aimed at one party to the other do nothing but cause drama and non-cohesiveness in the place this country needs it most-the National Government. Interestingly, Crenshaw was labeled a racist because he believed a rider should be added to a bill that states that illegal "Americans" can not vote. This bill seems pretty logical and obvious to most Americans, especially the ones that obtained citizenship legally. However, the Americans at the head of the government can not even formulate appropriate debate strategies against each other to come to a solution: their only line of defense is to slander the culprit.
Due to the author being on the right wing, his credibility is definitely questionable at first from liberals who read this blog post. However, anyone can firmly agree that labeling someone a racist for proposing a statement formulated based off of logic and reason, not directed at all towards prejudice, is considered unjust. The author is attempting to communicate to any of his voting-age readers to make a difference in our country. There is no reason to attack people and witch-hunt for the purpose of pride, because pride never will be overruled by the truth, which is ultimately what this country needs and deserves.

Blog Stage 3 Opinion From a National Newspaper Critique
In this opinion article, the authors clearly view Trump as having committed a clear act of corruption as the president of the United States. These authors are trying to target the american public that is reading into the impeachment process, as well as getting ready to vote for the 2020 election. With this audience in mind, the authors are most likely trying to slue Trump and push for the democratic candidates for the election, as the Washington Post is a more democratic leaning news source.
The credibility is somewhat there, due to the fact that there are official transcripts and messages there to use as sources as to why they think Trump has committed an act of corruption; however, emotion and attitude can not be determined as easily through a transcript/text, so the interpretation can become different depending on how a person reads the actual scripts. Due to this factor, I have to say that I currently disagree with the position that Trump has committed an act of corruption. When the impeachment process first began, everyone thought that the release of the transcript of the conversation between Trump and Zelensky would fine tune if Trump is guilty or not guilty. Unfortunately, the release just caused more confusion, because depending on the tone that you read it in (bias pretty much), it can be interpreted in significantly different ways. The need for a substantial indicator that Trump violated his oath is necessary before authors can say Trump's corruption is black and white.
Another key point as to why this is not very credible is how the democrats have pretty much made a fill in the blank mad lib for reasons why Trump should be impeached. They first framed him for colluding with Russia under a 'head turning' report by Muller, that ended up being just a waste of trees in the form of his useless papers. They have repeatedly looked for every minute detail of anything Trump does to try and raise impeachment, because the current Democratic Majority in the House of Representatives is still not content with Trump winning the 2016 election. From sham hearings, to dud reports, to now political stunts, the president is under-fire yet again for an unofficial reason, that is yet to be fully labeled as 'black and white' corruption.
